![]() If you love a good mouse, but were stymied by how many of them seemed to be PC only, my guess is that any mouse will now work with SteerMouse. I finally completely uninstalled USB Overdrive and installed the newer SteerMouse. His site does promise a new upgrade, but that's been over a year ago. I wrote Alessandro, but never did not hear back from him regarding a fix for the 518. However, the developer hasn't upgraded it for a long time, and try as I did, I couldn't get it to recognize all 7 of Logitech's buttons. Beats the pants off of Logitech's software by a mile. I hope it doesnt conlflict with my graphics tablot though. I've used the mouse software USB Overdrive for years. USB OverDrive rocks Im glad that an OS X version is almost here. Ive been using a Logitech MX518 for years with my iMac, using USB Overdrive as the driver. There are few good gaming mice under the Rs.
